Does Brilliant DPI offer pick-up and delivery?
We are always available to work with our clients. Give us a call with your needs.

If I have a newsletter or other promo-piece printed, can Brilliant DPI take care of mailing it for me?
Yes we can. We do all the time. Call for a quote.

What is the largest size graphic that Brilliant DPI can print?
63” wide before seaming is necessary.

What is the maximum sheet size your color copier can handle?
13”x19” (or 12”x18” with bleeds)

How do I prepare my files?
Preparing files for proper output can be tricky if you do not know what you are doing. We can help you with that. For detailed information on this topic click here to view a PDF with instructions.

Can I send files over the internet?
Yes you can. Smaller files (3mb or less) can be sent via email to: artwork@brilliantdpi.com.

Do you offer same day service?
Yes we do on most of our services. Call for details.

Do you offer walk-in retail work?
Yes we do! We are more than happy to service retail customers, as well as commercial and industrial applications.
